New Owner Information
Dear New Gardens Plaza Resident:

We would like to extend a hearty welcome to you as a new owner at The Gardens Plaza Condominium. As the owner of unit # , you are entitled to the use of our common elements as listed below:

1 Our Fitness Center, located on the second floor. Please see rules and regulations pertaining to same, attached.

2 Adjacent to the Fitness Center you will find our kitchen facilities for parties, etc. There is an ice maker, stove and microwave for your convenience.

3 Across from the kitchen is our Multi Purpose room which can be reserved for parties or meetings at no charge. There is a refrigerator in this room for your food storage needs in the event of a party.

4 The Recreation room, also located on the second floor directly across from the elevators houses our library, a TV with DVD and many games for your amusement. This room is open each day for your convenience.

5 The pool and pool deck are also located on the second floor. The pool is open from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to the Sunday after Labor Day weekend.

a Hours of operation are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.

b You are required to wear shoes and a cover up at all times when going to or coming from the pool deck.

c You must present a pool tag to the security guard when entering the pool area. This tag may be attached to your bathing suit or cover up. Pool tags are issued at the start of the summer season and can be obtained at the Administrative Office located in the ground floor lobby.

d Please find rules and regulations for the pool area enclosed.

6 Parking: There is only one parking space per unit and each apartment has an assigned space number. Your space is # . Please do not park in any other space.

If you have any problems in your unit, please call the Administrative Office at 609-399-1320. During the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm our maintenance staff is available to help you. If a problem occurs after hours, please call the same number and the security guard will direct your call to the proper person.

During the summer months, we have several social events. They are as follows:

1. Fourth of July picnic on the pool deck.

2. B.Y.O.B. parties

3. Bingo

4. Movie Night

The annual membership meeting is held on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend in the Multi Purpose Room on the second floor. This meeting begins at 10:00 am.

The Board of Directors of The Gardens Plaza meets approximately 10 times a year generally on the third Saturday of the month notice of this meeting is posted on the bulletin board on the ground floor lobby and on The Gardens Plaza website, www.thegardensplaza.com. All board meetings are held in the Multi Purpose Room on the second floor and begin at 10:00 am. Coffee, tea and pastries are provided.

Everyone is welcome to attend and we encourage you to do so, as this will give you a glimpse into our condominium association at work. We have an open forum and welcome your questions and/or observations. We urge you to attend our condo meetings and volunteer your expertise for a committee and thus get to know other members of the Association.

Please read your condominium documents carefully to become familiarized with your rights and responsibilities as an owner.

We have a specific password on our website which will enable you to obtain the monthly Managers report and monthly board meeting minutes.
